PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight lattice body by coating one surface of a cast lattice with a water-proof adhesive, sticking the thin paper on it, and filling an active material into a composite lattice body thus consolidated. CONSTITUTION:A cast lightweight lattice body (a) with its cleat pitch formed coarse is sent to a sticking process of the thin paper 4 from a feeder A on a chain conveyor C. A coating process of an adhesive 5 is provided in the middle of the chain conveyor C, and the surface of the lattice body (a) is brought into contact with a roller 1 carrying the stuck adhesive and is coated with the adhesive 5 intermittently or continuously. The adhesive is stuck to the roller 1 through a roller 2. The lattice body coated with the adhesive is next stuck to the thin paper 4 fed from a thin paper roll (b) by a press roller 3 and passes through a dryer D, then it is cut apart one by one by a cutter E to obtain a composite lattice body (c). |
