<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a business form format simply by displaying a required business form format by using a format writing code and a command. CONSTITUTION:The code expressing a start point, an end point and the direction of a straight line forming the format of the business form are written in OCR paper and the written codes are inputted from an OCR device 11 to a processor part 12 of a computer. A program 51 for the recognition and interpretation of the codes and the display of the business form format, a program 52 for the erasing, registration and reading of the business form format and external storage device 15 having a storage area part 53 are connected to the processor part 12. The processor part 12 interprets an input from the OCR device 11 to display the required business form format on a graphic display device 13.</p> |
