摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the energy density of a battery and greatly improve the cycle life of the battery by specifying the doping rate of the active material of a negative electrode to that of a positive electrode. CONSTITUTION:In a battery in which a macromolecular compound having a conjugated double bond in its main chain or a conductive macromolecular compound obtaining by doping the above macromolecular compound with a dopant is respectively used as the active materials of a positive and a negative electrode, the doping rate of the active material of the negative electrode to that of the positive electrode is adjusted to be 1 to 0.9-0.2. When the doping rate exceeds 0.9, decomposition and polymerization of solvents and supporting electrolytes occur on the positive electrode, the charge-and-discharge characteristic of the battery is notably decreased and the life of the battery is shortened. When the doping rate is less than 0.2, the energy density can not be increased and the flatness and the charge-and-discharge efficiency of the battery are deteriorated.
