PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the recovery processing of a computer system by constituting so that an initial reset action of the whole device is executed in a state that a regular main storage refresh action is continued. CONSTITUTION:When a signal 23 for instructing a start of an initial reset action is received, access request signals 42-44 are inhibited by each AND gate 36-38, and after a time T3 elapses a permission signal 24 of the initial reset action is generated from a delaying circuit DL21. In this case, all logical banks are in an available state, and an access request signal 17 is received by a logical bank access control part 31 for refresh to obtain an access request signal 41, is processed by a priority order control part 39 to execute a refresh operation. Thereafter, after a time T2 elapses, at the time point when an initial reset action permission signal 25 sent from a refresh request timing counter arrives, the refresh action is completed exactly, and the initial reset action can be executed. |
