摘要 PURPOSE:To relieve a work and to enable reliable increasing of temperature, by a method wherein, from an amount of the fuel used until a point of time, an amount of the fuel increased, which is required by an increase in temperature to a specified value, is computed to estimate and control a flow rate of the fuel. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of an incinerating furnace 1, which is detected by a temperature detector 5 when a flow rate is an initial set flow rate Fi, is Ti and a current temperature rise curved line coincides with a specified temperature rise curved line A, during further increase in temperature from a furnace temperature Ti, a furnace is forced into an increase in temperature along a temperature rise curved line A. In which case, a fuel increase amount DELTAF1=(Fi-Fi-1)DELTAT/(Hi-Hi-1)(Ti-Ti-1) per unit time required by an increase in temperature by DELTAT deg.C during a specified time is found. Such computing is effected by a burner controller 6 which receives an amount Fi of the fuel, used until a measuring point of time, from a flow meter 4 and the temperature Ti, measured at a measuring point of time, from a detector 5 for gas temperature at a furnace outlet. This prevents deterioration of control ability and enables saving of labor required by control.
