PURPOSE:To move an optical system smoothly without causing its optical axis to slant by making a three-dimensional spring of the same plate material. CONSTITUTION:An optical system supporting device 1 consists of the 1st leaf springs 2a and 2b, the 2nd leaf springs 3a and 3b, and an intermediate supporting plate 4. The springs 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, and plate 4 are formed of one sheet of spring material in one body, and the springs 2a, 2b, 3a, and 3b are increased in flexibility by boring square holes therein and moves even with weak force. The springs 2a and 2b are not parallel with each other, but parallel to the optical axis 5; and they are each fixed to a main body 6 at one terminal and connect with both side faces of the plate 4 at the other end. The springs 3a and 3b are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the axis 5; and one-side terminals of them are connected with an objective lens 7 and the other-side terminals are connected to the upper and lower side faces of the plate 4. The device 1 forms a left-right symmetrical trapezoid of the springs 2a and 2b, plate 4, and main body 6. |
