PURPOSE:To provide an oxygen-enriched inside air, by providing the titled device with an oxygen-enriching module separating a nitrogen in air for obtaining an oxygen-enriched air, means for supplying an air into this module and means for discharging a nitrogen-enriched air captured through the module into atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:An air cleaner 1 is provided inside a casing 17 and the like. The air cleaner 1 is provided with an oxygen-enriching module 12 having a hollow thread type oxygen-enriching device 3. A compressor 4 supplys an outside air 13 to the oxygen-enriching module 2. An air 14 which is oxygen-enriched through the oxygen-enriching device 3 is discharged into the casing, whereas an air 15 having its oxygen removed and nitrogen-enriched is discharged outside the casing. A foul casing air 11 is withdrawn into the air cleaner 1 through an ionization device 4, a dust collector 6 and an activated charcoal filter 7 for mixture with the oxygen-enriched air 14 and then supplied into the casing by means of a fan 10.
