PURPOSE:To prevent the faul use of software by giving the identification information to discriminate the other information processors and calculating the recording position of software information on a recording medium to perform the write/read operation at this calculated position. CONSTITUTION:An information processor H supplies the identification information I stored in a memory M1 and the conversion information C stored in a memory M2 to an identification/position informations converter CNV. The CNV produces the position information X from both information I and C on the basis of a certain rule. The information X is supplied to a recorder D and the information regarded as software S is read out of a recording medium. If the information X is coincident with the recording position P of the software S, the read- out information is equal to the software S. This information has no meaning to the processor H if no coincidence is obtained between the X and the P. Thus it is possible to attain easily non-interchangeability of software among information processors having the same constitution, by changing the indentification. This prevents the faul use of software. |
