PURPOSE:To supply compressed air of equal pressure an necessary to a device such as electric power generation, by sinking a pressurized air unit following the drop of a water level. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air is allowed to flow into a pressurized air chamber 10 via an intake pipe 22. Water in the pressurized air chamber 10 is allowed to flow out via an opening 12. On the other hand, if the compressed air is fed to a generating device via a feed pipe 24, water is allowed to flow into the pressurized air chamber 10 from the opening 12 by a decreased amount of the compressed air. After all, a pressure of the compressed air in the pressurized air chamber 10 is held to the pressure of depth in which a pressurized air unit 4 is sunk. If a level of water lowers at low tide, a water pressure acting on the pressurized air chamber 10 decreases. Here detecting a decrease of pressure of the compressed air chamber 10 decreases. Here detecting a decrease of pressure of the compressed air by a pressure sensor 20, a winch 16 is wound to be driven in its winding direction by a winding means driver circuit. In this way, the pressurized air unit 4, being sunk to a prescribed depth, compensates the compressed air of decreased pressure to a prescribed pressure. |
