PURPOSE:To produce an UME extract having improved drug effect as a health food as a lightly edible powdery drink, by incorporating an UME extract with a powdery mixture of Citrus unshiu peel with adlay, etc., and drying and pulverizing the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:A pressed juice of an umripe UME is boiled down to an amount of about (1/30)-(1/50) of that of the unripe UME to prepare an UME flesh extract, which is then incorporated with a powdery mixture obtained by incorporating given amounts of a Citrus unshiu peel, adlay, unpolished rice, green tea, starch and lactose, etc., mixed and stirred. The resultant mixture is then dried and pulverized to powder form, which is granulated into granules if desired. |
