Use of a benzylamine derivative of general formula see diagramm : EP0088943,P17,F1 wherein R1 represents a hydroxy group in the 2- or 4-position or an amino group in the 2-position, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms and R3 represents a cyclohexyl group optionally substituted by a hydroxy group, or a physiologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof with an inorganic or organic acid for preparing an antibacterial preparation with improved resorption, intended for parental administration into the tissue, this antibacterial preparation containing an antibacterially active substance or combination which does not have optimum resorbability. |
