Method for the foamless dispensing of bulk fresh milk in metered quantities, which is dispensed from a storage container, via a measuring vessel and an outlet valve, into a consumer bottle brought into a receiving position underneath and at a distance from the outlet valve, characterised in that a) the outlet valve forms the outflowing milk into a closed or almost closed conical annular jet (milk cone) (12) which flows radially outwards and downwards and is directed against the inner wall of the consumer bottle (13), b) the milk flows through the outlet valve in the region of the conical zone at an approximately constant flow rate and c) the displacement air collecting underneath the outlet valve as the consumer bottle (13) is filled is led to the outside via one or more air-evacuating openings (14, 17). <IMAGE> |
