PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a compressor and make the heating and hot-water supplying machine compact and inexpensive by a method wherein room heating operation and hot- water supplying operation are effected independently. CONSTITUTION:When a normally opened contact X2-1 for a relay X2 for the compressor is closed by closing a room temperature thermostat 9 under a condition that a changeover switch is switched to the room heating side, a hot-water supplying switch is put ON and an operating switch 8 is closed, the relay X4 for room heating is put ON, the normally opened contact X4-1 thereof is closed, a room heating switching circuit 25 is operated and the room heating operation is effected. In this case, the normally closed contact X4-2 is opened, therefore, a hot-water supplying switching circuit 27 is not operated even if the normally opened contact X5-1 of the hot-water supplying relay is cloed thereafter. On the other hand, when the relay X4 for room heating is put On during the operation of the hot-water supplying switching circuit 27, the operation of the same circuit 27 is precluded and the room heating switching circuit 25 is operated. When the normally opened contact X5-1 of the hot-water supplying relay is closed during opening of the room heating relay X4, the normally closed contact X4-2 of the room heating relay is closed and the mode of operating cycle is switched to the hot-water supplying operation cycle by the hot-water supplying switching circuit 27. |
