FIELD: power mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises receiver, solenoid valve, inlet branch pipe with a seat at the outlet port and gate vale, pressure chamber, pipes for supplying air, and generator of control pulses with time relay. The receivers are connected with the air pressure source and first pipe for supplying air to the valve gate space through the solenoid valve of the second pipe for supplying air to the space of the pressure chamber. The valve gate is mounted for permitting movement from the seat of the opening of the outlet valve to the outlet face of the first pipe for supplying air. The outlet of the level gage is connected with the generator of control pulses through the time relay. The output of the generator of control pulses is connected with the solenoid valve. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
