PURPOSE:To aim at the retrenchment of machining expenses, by setting a portable type working machine to a work piece shaft part as leaving a workpiece shaft clamped intact, and working the workpiece shaft part. CONSTITUTION:A setting flange 1 is clamped upon centering with a workpiece shaft 13 as the center. Then, when a motor 5 is driven, power is transmitted to an internal gear 7 from a pinion shaft 6. With this power transmission, a turning ring 4 comes into rotation, making a cutting tool 8 rotate around the circumference of the workpiece shaft which is therefore machined. At this time, a depth of cut is given by operation of an infeed handle 9 and, what is more, the feed required is as well given when a feed handle 11 is rotated, thus necessary machining for the workpiece shaft 13 takes place. Accordingly, it is unnecessary to disassemble and carry out the shaft so that the time required for machining is well shortened. |
