<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent user's burden from being large and to easily create function flow having flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: A history retrieving part 8 retrieves jobs in a job history, and a function flow operation control part 2 selects a plurality of jobs among the jobs.
