摘要 PURPOSE:To measure and display the frequency of an applied input voltage at a high speed by converting the input voltage of a frequency repeater or a frequency changing ratio repeater into a square wave, counting up by a reference clock, and after digital arithmetic processing, displaying the result in the decimal notation. CONSTITUTION:The input voltage Ei of a repeater to be tested such as a frequency repeater or a frequency changing ratio repeater is converted under insulation into a prescribed voltage through an auxiliary input transformer 1. The prescribed voltage is converted into positive and negative square waveform signals by a square wave converting circuit 2. Respective half periods of square wave conversion are counted up by a counter circuit 3 by using reference clock pulses to obtain the counted number M of positive square wave signals and the counted number N of negative square wave signals. An arithmetic circuit 4 divides the frequency of the reference clock pulse by the sum of the numbers M and N to obtain the frequency of the system. An output from an output circuit 5 is displayed in the decimal notation in parallel with the index of digits on a recording body such as an oscillograph. Thus, the frequency of the reference clock pulse is increased, the accuracy can be improved and the frequency of the input voltage can be measured at a high speed.
