The apparatus is composed of a lining pipe (13) and of an anchoring (7), with protrusions (18 and 22) in each case for anchoring in the concrete wall (3.1), and of a tensioning flange which can be braced in order to press a seal axially against the anchor ring (7). A shaped pipe (14), having an outer wall which becomes narrower in the direction of the lining pipe (13) is screwed releasably to said lining pipe (13). The anchoring (7) is seated releasably on that end of the shaped pipe (14) which is directed away from the lining pipe (13), with the result that, when the apparatus is cast into the concrete wall (3.1), the shaped pipe (14) can be unscrewed from the lining pipe (13), after the concrete has hardened, and the space (5) formed in the concrete wall (3.1) by the shaped pipe (14) can thus be exposed. <IMAGE>
