PURPOSE:To provide excellent hydrophilic property, excellent corrosion resistance, and excellent moldability for an aluminum plate by forming a corrosion- resistant covering layer of an organic high polymer resin on the surface of the aluminum plate and then a hydrophilic covering layer of a hydrophilic inorganic material on the corrosion-resistant covering layer. CONSTITUTION:A corrosion-resistant covering layer of an organic high polymer resin is formed on the surface of an aluminum plate, and a hydrophilic covering layer of a hydrophilic inorganic material is formed on the corrosion-resistant covering layer. Since the corrosion-resistant covering layer is composed of a softer organic high polymer resin than a chemical film, the ductility of the layer is better, no cracks occurs in forming fins, moldability is excellent, and abrasion of molds during the formation is much less. Since the organic high polymer resin covering layer is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate, the fins have sufficient corrosion resistance, and also since the hydrophilic inorganic covering layer is formed on the surface of the corrosion-resistant covering layer, the fins have sufficient hydrophilic property. |
