摘要 PURPOSE:To detect a force, which is applied to a member, in one dimension- three dimensions, by providing a plurality of strain yielding parts, whose strain yielding directions are different, on one member, and attaching load cells on the strain yielding parts. CONSTITUTION:In a member 1, 8-shaped holes 2, 3 and 4 are formed and strain yielding parts 5,6 and 7 are provided. The strain yielding part 5 is deformed in the direction of a Z axis, the strain yielding part 6 is deformed in the direction of an X axis, and the strain yielding part 7 is deformed in the direction of a Y axis. Load cells 8, 9 and 10 comprising strain gage resistors, which are bridge- connected are attached to the strain yielding parts 5, 6 and 7. The components of a force, which is applied to a force-application point 11, in the directions of the X, Y and Z axes can be found. This device can be used as a sensor for controlling the position of a body. The control in one dimension-three dimensions can be performed.
