<p>PURPOSE:To avoid a misinput operation and to facilitate an easy input operation by enclosing the insulated fine particles into the space formed between a substrate and an input panel and setting the density of dispersion so as to prevent the bending deformation produced in an input mode. CONSTITUTION:In a non-input mode the insulated fine particles 11 exist in the space part between a substrate 10 and an input panel 13. Thus electrodes 10A and 13A are separated from each other. The bending deformation is produced when the panel 13 is pressed with a finger F. Then the electrode 13A has a contact with the electrode 10A.</p> |
