PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate state estimation, by expressing a prior data with respect to the state estimating data of each sensor as a fuzzy quantity, evaluating the effectiveness of each sensor by using fuzzy inference, thereby combining various sensors and estimating mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:In each sensor 2, the movement of a target 5 is observed. The observed data Y1 is sent to each state estimating mechanism 3. In the state estimating mechanism 3, the state of the movement of the target is estimated from Y1, the result is made to be X1, and an estimated error index A1, which is to become the reference of the magnitude of a state estimating error is computed. A receiver 6 receives the data from each sensor and stores the data into a buffer memory. A processor 7 reads the data, combines and processes the estimated data for evaluating effectiveness described above, and computes estimated data X. At this time, a prior data stored in a memory device 8 is utilized. In a display device 9 for man-machine response, state monitoring performed by the processor 7 and man-machine response processing for a prior data correction are performed. The corrected prior data is stored in the memory device 8. |
