PURPOSE:To obtain a comparator with an automatic threshold value adjusting function which has a dynamic range wide enough to allow operation without any offset voltage in an input waveform, by grounding the plus input of the comparator through a resistance. CONSTITUTION:An input 24 is connected to the minus input 21 of a TTL output comparator 20. An input and an output voltage are divided at a division point 28 by resistances 25 and 26 to constitute a Schmitt trigger circuit, and applied to the plus input 22 of the comparator 20. This plus input 22 is grounded through the resistance 27, and the division point 28 is grounded through a capacitor 29. Consequently, the comparator with the automatic threshold value adjusting function which has a wide dynamic range which operates even when an input waveform includes no offset voltage is obtained. |
