PURPOSE:To obtain a cooler which has a good thermal conductivity, low resistance and high strength by providing dielectric members between nondielectric cooling tubes and a plural number of nondielectric spacers which electrically connect adjacent unit cells, so that the cooling tubes and the spacers are electrically insulated. CONSTITUTION:A nondielectric spacer 19, which has a -form cross section, serves for electrically connecting adjacent unit cells. The spacers 19 are separately placed from nondielectric cooling tubes 18, which hold a nondielectric cooling medium. The cooling tube 18 and the spacer 19 are electrically insulated with a dielectric member 20 of a high thermal conductivity. Adjacent spacers 19 are placed opposite to each other, and their contacting surfaces are tightly stuck together. The spacer 19 and the cooling tube 18 tat form a unit cooler, and a dielectric matter which forms the dielectric member 20 are molded into a unified body. |
