PURPOSE:To obtain a phase stabilized circuit of simple constitution which requires no power source for control, etc., by connecting in cascade an phase compensating circuit which consists of a dielectric varying in length or capacity with ambient temperature to a circuit to be compensated. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric (phase compensating circuit) 2 which varies in length or capacity with ambient temperature is installed in a waveguide 1 and supported by a supporting rod 3. When the temperature in the waveguide 1 varies, the position and length of the dielectric in the waveguide 1 vary to vary the phase of a signal passed through the waveguide. This phase compensating circuit is connected in cascade to the circuit such as a transistor and an amplifier to be compensated to obtain the phase stabilized circuit of simple constitution which requires no power source for control, etc.
