PURPOSE:To improve inspection precision and shorten a necessary inspection time by inputting a specified value of molding inspection and an upper-limit value and a lower-limit value to a computer, and measuring a molded article to be inspected by a measuring equipment interlocking with the computer. CONSTITUTION:The specified value, upper-limit value, and lower limit value of the inspection of the molding to be inspected are registered only for the 1st time in the computer 1. The molding to be inspected is measured by the measuring equipment 2 as to necessary inspection items. Consequently, measured values are obtained automatically only by input in the 2nd and succeeding inspecting operations, and an inspection result document is obtained by a printer 3. This inspecting method eliminates an error in measurement position, an omission of measurement, misreading of coordinates, and an error in calculation completely; the inspection precision is improved greatly and the necessary inspection time is shortened. |
