PURPOSE:To call even an extension, registered in absent transfer mode, through special number dialing, by providing an originating register with a special number analyzer. CONSTITUTION:A special number, dialed with an extension telephone A in an off-hook state, is analyzed by a special number analyzer SCA and then stored temporarily in an originating register ORT. Then, a called-subscriber's number, dialed on the extension telephone set A, is stored in the ORT firstly and sent as dial pulse information to a central controller CC together with the special number information. By the called-subscriber's number, the central controller CC discriminates whether its extension B is registered in absent transfer mode and when so, the controller CC discriminates whether the special number is dialed on the extension telephone set A. When the dialing the special number is discriminated, the absent transfer registration of the extent B is made ineffective and the extent B is called through a link l3. When the dialing the special number is not done, on the other hand, a transfer destination C is called through a link l4. |
