PURPOSE:To accurately measure the actual temp. of the molten resin in a cylinder and the distribution thereof, by arranging the temp. sensitive part of a first temp. measuring element while arranging the temp. sensitive parts of a second- a fourth temp. measuring elements so as to respectively change the projected heights thereof from the surface of a screw. CONSTITUTION:Four temp. measuring elements are respectively arranged to four positions of a temp. measuring screw 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof at equal intervals so as to mutually form angles of 90 deg. therebetween in the same plane. In this case, among four temp. measuring elements, the temp. measuring element 3 is attached to a depth position almost corresponding to the half of the wall thickness of the screw 1 and the temp. measuring element 4 to a position projected about 1mm. from the outer surface of the screw 1 while the temp. measuring element 5 to an almost intermediate position between the outer surface of the screw 1 and the inner surface of a cylinder 2 and the temp. measuring element 6 to a position separated about 1mm. from the inner surface of the cylinder 2. By this mechanism, the temp. of each part of a molten resin can be accurately calculated and the temp. distribution of the screw 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof and the temp. distribution in the depth direction of grooves are calculated. |
