PURPOSE:To enable sheets, conveyed in a large quantity, to be reliably loaded by the use of a limited space, and to prevent the occurrence of reverse arrangement of pages during loading, by a method wherein a deck is vertically disposed and a sheet turn-over means is mounted. CONSTITUTION:Discharged sheets are conveyed to a loading device. In the input part of a stacker 5, the sheet is nipped by a pulley 20 and a press roller 19, and is horizontally conveyed in the direction of an arrow mark by a convey belt 6. With a horizontal deflector operated, further movement in a horizontal direction or in a vertical direction is controlled according to the presence of excitation of a solenoid 29 coupled to a horizontal deflector 7. In a condition in which the sheet is vertically conveyed, the sheet is conveyed by a convey guide 8 and a feed roller, and the sheets, conveyed through the convey belt 6, are turned over with the aid of a moving vertical deflector 10a and a fixed vertical deflector 10b, and are fed to storage parts A and B situated in two spots. |
