PURPOSE:To provide a nutrient boiled egg having beautifully colored content containing nutrient and salty components impregnated from outside, and takable without putting salt thereto, by infusing saline water containing chlorella into a fresh egg, and boiling the egg. CONSTITUTION:For example, 2pts. of salt and 1pt. of chlorella powder are dissolved in 4pts. of water, and preferably 0.8cc of the solution is infused into an egg, which is boiled in hot water at 70 deg.C for 20min. A green-colored boiled egg having salty taste and containing tightened yolk and rather soft albumen can be prepared by this process. |
