The feeder comprises a loader on a support between the silo and the feed line, with two tangential cylinders leading to a cylinder before an inclined plane. The hopper formed by the feed line also provides an oblique channel at the entry to the feed line. The tangential cylinders give pulsed transport of the textile material.
