PURPOSE:To prevent an output of an erroneous control data generated by abnormality of a straight forward cable by transmitting a pulsative control effective data to a system to be controlled, simultaneously with a control data, and executing an output of the control data only in case when the control data and the pulsative control effective data are received by the system to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A pulsative control effective data 8 is transmitted to a station to be controlled, by a pulse generating circuit 7 simultaneously with a control data, the station to be controlled uses the pulsative control effective data 8 as a control output effective data 10 being a continuous signal by a retrigerable one shot cirlcuit 9, and only when the control output effective data 10 is outputted, a control data receiving relay 5 is operated, by which a control output data 6 is outputted to a main panel 3. Accordingly, in case a short circuit of a straight forward cable is generated, the control data 4 and the control effective data 8 are outputted continuously, but the control output effective data 10 rises by only a one shot output by the last rise of the control effective data 8, by which a continuation of an erroneous output of the control output data 6 can be prevented. |
