PURPOSE:To have mass production at low cost, by manufacturing a master die using a master die electrode, manufacturing a rack electrode by the use of said master die, and by manufacturing a variable rack forging die using said rack electrode after tooth surface correction. CONSTITUTION:A master electrode is manufactured through NC milling, and after check it is used for discharge processing to manufacture a master die. After check of this master die, it is used to manufacture a rack electrode through forging process, and tooth surface correction is performed by means of rolling process. After check of the rack electrode, it is in turn used for discharge processing to yield a variable rack forging die, and the final tooth profile shall be checked. |
