PHASE CURRENT ARRANGEMENT FOR HAIRPIN WINDING MOTOR

Disclosed is a stator winding pattern of a hairpin driving motor. The disclosed stator winding pattern of a hairpin driving motor is determined to be six pitch of full pitch winding of three-phase two-arrangement including eight-pole 48-slot of distributed winding having a rectangular copper wire coil of a hairpin type inserted to a slot of a stator core. A first to a forth layer are formed on the slot along a radial direction of the stator core. In addition, when one portion between neighboring slots is considered one pitch, the first layer or the fourth layer is determined as one phase of an introduction unit in a random reference slot, and then another phase of an introduction unit is formed on an introduction slot of 16 pitch along a direction where the slot advances in the same layer with respect to the reference slot. Also, the other phase of an introduction unit can be formed on an introduction slot of 32 pitch along the direction where the slot advances in the same layer with respect to the reference slot.
