Washing-machine drum with plastic driving ribs (2) of approximately V-shaped cross-section, the free edges of which bear against the drum casing (1') and have catches (5) which engage behind the drum casing (1') by means of cutouts (13) provided for this. So that the driving ribs (2) can be released from inside the drum and therefore exchanged without the removal of the drum, the cutouts are divided into introduction cutouts (12) for the catches (5) and into catching cutouts (13) substantially narrower than these. On one end face (7) of each of the driving ribs (2) is provided a retaining leg (8) forming an extension of this end face and having a horizontally extending resilient end part (9) with a detent nose (10) which, after the horizontal displacement of the driving ribs (2) together with their catches (5) within the cutouts (12, 13), is in the detent position with a detent orifice (17) in the drum casing (1'), and this detent position can be cancelled from inside the drum (Figure 2). <IMAGE>
