PURPOSE:To provide sufficient insulation and to improve a video signal transmission characteristics by connecting a capacitor between the primary and the secondary terminals of an insulating transformer and transmitting a high frequency component of a video signal through this capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor B is connected between the primary and the secondary high voltage terminals of the insulating transformer A and also a capacitor C is connected between the grounding terminals.
