PURPOSE:To shorten the continuous time of a reflecting signal generated by mismatching between delay lines by providing individually buffer amplifiers between LC delay lines consisting of plural stages. CONSTITUTION:N steps of delay lines 6-1-6-N connected between an input terminal IN and an output terminal OUT and the buffer amplifiers A1-An-1 are connected between respective delay lines. In order to reduce the error in delay time, the inputs and outputs of respective buffer amplifiers are set up to the same in phase. To compensate level drop generated by matching respective delay lines, the gain of the amplifiers is made twice. To prevent a reflecting signal generated by an ultrasonic wave echo signal from being mixed with an adjacent delay line, the buffer amplifiers are provided with one-way characteristics. In such a constitution, the continuous time of the reflecting signal generated by mismatching between the delay elements when the ultrasonic wave echo signal is inputted, is shortened. |
