<p>A group of 5-(2-aminoethyl)-8- hydroxycarbostyril derivatives was prepared by deprotecting certain 8-alkoxy or benzyloxycarbostyrils. 5-[N-n- Propyl-N- (p-hydroxy-phenethyl)-2-aminoethyl] -8- hydroxycarbostyril has excellent presynaptic dopamine agonist activity.</p> |
