PURPOSE:To improve the manuverability and driving stability, by detecting, in the differential lock state, the fact of mounting of a small diameter tire that serves exclusively as a spare tire, and quickly releasing the differential lock state automatically or manually. CONSTITUTION:A differential lock apparatus 4 attached to a differential gear 1 that transmits the rotation of a driving shaft 2 to right and left axles 3 is provided with a hydraulic circuit comprising a solenoid valve 5, a pump 6 and a hydraulic oil tank 7. When the solenoid 8 is magnetized, the position of the solenoid valve 5 is changed to the left position against a spring 9, and the solenoid 8 is controlled by a control circuit 11 and is magnetized when a manual switch 10 arranged in an operation panel or the like in the driver's cab is closed. When a spare tire 13 is dismounted, and a sensor 12 including a limit switch 14, etc. is turned on, the solenoid 8 is also magnetized. |
