发明名称 NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED LASER CUTTING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a titled cutting method which is capable of forming easily information on numerical control in a short time from a flat plate-shaped member to be cut by selecting automatically the position detector of which the change rate of the output voltages from plural position detectors is min. and moving the position of a torch so as to profile the member to be cut in accordance with the output voltage thereof. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 11 is irradiated by a condenser lens in a torch 1 to a member 9 to be cut, thereby starting a cutting operation. A scanner 3 is moved on an X-Y plane to move the torch 1 and position detectors 5, 6 disposed to the torch 1 over the member 9. Either of the detectors 5, 6 is automatically selected and the member 9 is cut by the torch 1 while the torch is moved to profile the vertical direction of the member 9. When a profiling command is outputted from a numerical control device 13 to a control device 12, the device 12 drives a motor 4 for Z-axis profiling via a control device 14 for the motor for Z-axis profiling thereby moving downward the torch from above the point A0 to below the point A0. The detector 6 is positioned above the point D0 in this stage and decreases the distance from the member 9 as the torch 1 descends and therefore the output voltage is increased.
