<p>PURPOSE:To make the structure of a hydraulic brake apparatus simple and the production thereof easy, by connecting, to a valve that will be opened in accordance with the hydraulic pressures of two hydraulic brake systems, a hydraulic pressure generating source of another system, by which hydraulic brake apparatus when a brake pedal is released on a upward slope the car can be kept standing. CONSTITUTION:To facilitate the starting of a car on an upward slope, a valve structure 35 contains first and second valves 1, 2 therein. The valve 1 has a ball 3 in a cage 36, where the ball 3 will move, when the car is on an upward slope, to the right due to its own weight to close a valve seat 4. The ball 3, when a clutch pedal is released, is kept moved away from the valve seat 4 by a rod 5 via a cable 10, a lever 8 and an eccentric cam 6a. The valve 2 has a stepped piston 16 that is energized to the right by a spring 17 and a rubber valve body 18 secured to the end surface of its small diameter side. A valve hole 19 that is opened or closed by the valve body 18 is connected to a pipeline 17 of another brake system.</p> |
