PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately perform measurement, by such an extremely simple structure that a pressure container having two opposedly arranged pressure chambers each having the same diameter and capillaries communicated with said pressure chambers formed therein is provided. CONSTITUTION:A pressure container 17 has two opposedly arranged pressure chambers 18, 19 each having the same diameter and a capillary 20 directly communicated with said pressure chambers 18, 19 and the pressure change and the temp. change before and after the capillary 20 are detected by the pressure measuring apparatus 36 and the temp. measuring apparatus 37 directly confronted to the pressure chambers 18, 19. By this constitution, a temp., pressure and a shearing speed can be controlled by an extremely simple structure and can be measured with high accuracy. |
