PURPOSE:To obtain the titled recorder capable of regulating the sucking force with simple mechanism and of securely recovering the discharge of liquid drop, by regulating the sucking force by conducting the atmosphere when the sucking force generated by sucking means exceeds a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:The sucking force regulating apparatus 21 equipped with sucking force regulation valve 22 is connected to the suction tube 18 connecting with a suction pump 10 and a cap 19. The atmosphere is introduced into the sucking force regulation apparatus 21 by drawing in the sucking force regulation valve 22 against the force of spring by a sucking force of over a fixed value, and the sucking force generated with suction pump 10 decreased by the introduced atmosphere. Therefore, it does not exceed the fixed value. |
