PURPOSE:To prevent burning, etc. of a detecting wire by attaching a circuit disconnecting switch, for instance, such as a fuse, or a resistance, etc. to the part nearest to an output terminal of a battery, and cutting off or limiting a discharge current from the battery even if the detecting wire is short-circuited. CONSTITUTION:A fuse is attached to the part nearest to an output terminal of a battery between a battery 1 and a voltage indicator 4. When a detecting wire 5 is short-circuited, fuses 7, 8 are burnt out by a discharge current from the battery 1, and burning of the detecting wire 5 can be prevented. Also, it is possible to connect a resistance for limiting the discharge current to an allowable current of the detecting wire or less 5.
