PURPOSE:To provide the titled polymer compsn. having excellent impact properties, by blending a specified ethylene copolymer and an acetal block copolymer with polyacetal. CONSTITUTION:The titled compsn. consists of 99.8-60.0pts.wt. polyacetal (A), 0.1-30.0pts.wt. ethylene copolymer (B) having a number-average MW of 10,000- 500,000 and a second-order transition temp. of -120-+20 deg.C and 0.1-39.9pts.wt. acetal block copolymer (C) having a number-average MW of 10,000-500,000 and a structure wherein an elastomer having a second-order transition temp. of -120-+40 deg.C is inserted into the main chain of the linear polymer. By adding components B and C, an acetal polymer compsn. having excellent impact properties can be obtd.
