摘要 PURPOSE:To enable sure detection of a leg bending state of lead pins with simple constitution and high processing efficiency for detection by moving either one of photoelectric sensors or a semidoncutor device by a moving control means at a constant speed and controlling the movement in such a way that both approach to each other at a prescribed measuring point. CONSTITUTION:If it is assumed that a semiconductor device 16 which is a part to be detected is fixed in a prescribed position, photoelectric sensors 10a, 10b are driven by a clinder 15 to start moving at a constant speed. The sensors 10a, 10b detects the lead pins mounted to both ends of the device 16 at a prescribed measuring point and output the output signal S thereof to a pulse generator 20. The generator 20 outputs pulse signals P to a microcomputer 21 during the period from the start of their movement until the lead pins are detected. The microcomputer 21 counts the signals P and calculates the required time from the time when the sensors 10a, 10b are started until the lead pins are detected. The microcomputer compares the required time with preliminarily stored standard data.
