PURPOSE:To enable assurance of exact body alignment by mounting attachments prepared for each vehicle to attachment mounting parts in a way as to contact with respective measuring points so that measurement is quickly performed and that the operating time can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A gage is constituted by coupling an upper frame part and a lower frame part by means of a joint frame. Attachment mounting parts 16 are provided at the six measuring points of a front fender apron on the respective side faces of frame columns 1, 3 and stachions 9, 10. Attachment mounting parts 17 are provided at the points coinciding approximately with the four measuring points of a front side member on the respective side faces of frame columns 5 and 7. Since the measuring points and sizes vary with vehicle models, the frame part is formed in conformity with the vehicle kind having the smallest engine room, and the parts 16, 17 are prepared in the positions applicable commonly to all the vehicle models with said frame part as a basis. |
