PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization by holding stereoscopically a ceramic vibrator on a base. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 24 for leading ground is formed on an inside face of a U-shaped base 20 and an electrode 25 for leading output and an electrode for leading input are formed at a position symmetrical to the center line L of U-shape at the outer face. A lead 22 is connected straightly upward to the electrode 25 and the electrode for leading input and the end of a U-shaped connecting line 23 is connected to the electrode 24. Terminals 26A, 26B and 26C are connected straightly downward to each electrode. While an electrode 28 is formed oppositely on the front face and the rear face of the ceramic vibrators 21A, 21B clipped respectively by wires 22 and 23, the electrodes 28 are connected to the wires 22 and 23. Since the terminals 26A-26C are placed in parallel with the vibrators 21A and 21B, the size is far miniaturized in comparison with a conventional piezoelectric filter having a large flat extent. |
