PURPOSE:To obtain the titled recording head having good yield for manufacturing quality article, by a method wherein the nozzle equipped with piezoelectric element for driving is provided in cassette and plural head units of which ink supply tubes are connected to the cassette are jointly provided. CONSTITUTION:The assembled material consisting of nozzle 4, piezoelectric vibrator 5 and supply tube 6 is accomodated in cussette 2, and the ink supplied into the cassette 2 via supply tube 3 is conducted to nozzle 4 via supply tube 6. Plural head units 1 thus constructed are, in a freely removable manner, jointly provided on supporting table 8, puls state voltage S being applied to the terminals 5a and 5b of respective piezoelectric vibrator 5 and respective ink drops B, C, M and Y are discharged from respective nozzles 4. When either of head units 1 of completed record head 11 is inferior article, it can be simply exchanged by good head unit 1. |
