PURPOSE:To improve cooling effect as well as sound deadening effect by a method wherein a flexible pipe is inserted into the outer peripheral parts of first guide tube and second guide tube while both ends of the pipe are provided with a cooling water sending cock and discharging cock. CONSTITUTION:Compressed gas enters into first chamber 11, having a wide sectional area, from the pipeline of the first guide tube 12, having comparatively small inner diameter, and the flow speed thereof is slowed down suddenly. Then, the gas enters into second chamber 11a, having a wide sectional area, again after passing through the fine pipeline of the second guide tube 13, thereafter, flows to the outside of the device from the first guide tube 12a. Cooling water is passed through the flexible pipe 16 in the chamber 11 and the same pipe 16a in the chamber 11a to diffuse a part of noise into the cooling water to increase the sound deadening effect. The flexible pipe is flexible in bending, therefore, it is not necessary to pre-form in order to insert it. |
